TECH TENNIS ANNOUNCES ITS SUMMER CAMP DATES

        RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas – Arkansas Tech University recently announced that it would be conducting four sessions of summer camp, according to Golden Suns Head Coach Abby Davis.

          The Tech Tennis Camps will take place from June 3-5 at the Chartwells Women’s Sports Complex on the Tech campus. The camp will be divided into four sessions.

There will be a Little Suns Camp, consisting of children ages 5-6, and there will also be separate camps for campers, ages 7-9, 10-13 and 14 and up.

The Little Suns Camp will take place from 8:00-8:45 a.m. all three days and the cost is $25.

The 7-9 year-old division will take place from 9:00-10:30 a.m. each day. The camp for 10-13 year-olds will run from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and the age 14 and older camp will last place from 1:00-2:30 p.m. The cost for each of these camps is $50.

          “I invite you to come be a part of our inaugural tennis camp on the beautiful campus of Arkansas Tech University,” Davis said. “Our camp will provide the fundamentals necessary to continue the growth of tennis.”

          Early registration is encouraged to secure a spot in the camps, as limited spots are available. Campers will need to bring a tennis racket and shoes.
