Ben Greenberg is entering his third year as the Sports Information
Director at Arkansas Tech in 2007-08. Greenberg came to Arkansas Tech
after serving for two years as the Sports Information Director at Chicago
State University in Chicago, Illinois. At Tech, Greenberg is in charge of
publicity and media relations for all the school's 10-sport NCAA Division II
athletics program.
At Chicago State, he was in charge of
publicity and media relations for all of the school's 14-sport NCAA Division I
athletics program that was a member of the Mid-Continent Conference.
Prior to working at Chicago State, Greenberg served as an media relations
assistant at Texas State University (formerly called Southwest Texas State
University) in San Marcos, Texas. While at Southwest Texas, Greenberg handled
publicity efforts for women's volleyball, softball, men's and women's cross
country and track and field and women's tennis. Before going to Texas
State, spent three months as a graduate assistant in sports information at Delta
State University in Cleveland, Miss.
Earned a bachelors degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
in 1995 and is currently finishing up his requirements for a masters degree in
Athletics Administration. While in college at Nebraska, spent five years as a
student manager with the men's basketball program.

Omaha,
Nebraska,
Greenberg, who recently married the former Tanya Falk, resides in Russellville. He is an active member of CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America) and is a member of the
CoSIDA Membership Committee and also serves as the South Central Region
coordinator for the Daktronics All-America Volleyball program. In addition, he
is a member of the Football Writers Association of America and the United States
Basketball Writers Association.
