Tech coaches select MVP's following win over

The Arkansas Tech football coaching staff has selected its most valuable
players from the Wonder Boys' 17-14 Gulf South Conference win over Harding
University last Saturday afternoon at Buerkle Field.
Offensive honors went to wide receiver Thomas Hosey, a 5-11, 201-pound junior
from Laurel, Miss. Hosey caught six passes for 63 yards.
Andrew Jackson, a 5-10, 190-pound junior from Greenville, Miss., took defensive
honors. Jackson finished the day with 10 total tackles, five of which were solo
efforts. Three of his tackles were for losses, he also had one quarterback sack
and one pass break-up.
The special teams' award went to Ryan Clark, a 6-1, 225-pound senior from Ames,
Kan. Clark played on the Wonder Boys' punt and kickoff teams as an upback.
