The Arkansas Tech football coaching staff has selected its most valuable
players from the Wonder Boys' 40-14 Gulf South Conference win over Henderson
State last Saturday night.
Offensive honors went to quarterback Jason Campbell, who completed 15 of his 18
pass attempts for 212 yards and three touchdowns and graded out at 89 percent.
Defensive end Tommy Dunn took honors on that side of the ball with his 87
percent grade-out, 10 hits, three forced fumbles and a sack.
The special teams honor went to kicker Mark Ewersmann, who head coach Steve
Mullins said, "did a great job kicking off." Four of Ewersmann's kick offs were
into the end zone, two were to the 4-yard line and another to the 1-yard line.
