Rogers, Cursh honored

CollegeSportsReport.com has named
Arkansas Tech tight end Josh Rogers and defensive end Cedric Cursh to its 2004
All-Division II Football Team.
Both Rogers and Cursh were selected to the third offensive and defensive teams,
respectively, for the post-season awards.
Rogers, a 6-3, 228-pound sophomore from Russellville, was a first-team all-Gulf
South Conference selection and led all GSC tight ends with 32 pass receptions
for 561 yards and 9 touchdowns.
He was Tech's third leading scorer with 54 points.
Cursh, 6-3, 215-pound sophomore from Foreman, was also a first-team all-Gulf
South Conference honoree and has been named to three post-season All-America
teams.
He was the third leading tackler for the Wonder Boys with 95 total tackles and
led the conference in quarterback sacks (9) and tackles for a loss (21 for 89
yards).
