Experience:
Pambianchi was named Tech's interim head softball coach for the
2006
school year on Aug. 23. She came to Tech last summer as an assistant
coach before the promotion. Pambianchi began her coaching career as an assistant
softball coach at Monticello High School after a standout four-year playing
career at UAM. While an assistant at MHS, helped lead the school to two
district championships.

she was

four-year
letterwinner,
three-year
All-GSC
performer
and a
Second-Team
All-NFCA
South
Region
selection
as a
senior.
She
finished
her
career
with the
Cotton
Blossoms
in the
school's
top-ten
all-time
in
numerous
statistical
categories,
including
being
the
school's
all-time
leader
in
stolen
bases
and
stolen
base
attempts
and was
also a
member
of three
GSC West
Division
championship
squads
and
helped
UAM to a
154-69-1
record
during
her
playing
career.

Pambianchi
is 29
years

was born
on July,
6, 1980,
in McGehee,
Ark.
She is
daughter
of
Bobbie
and the
late
Robert
Pambianchi.
At
Tech:
Pambianchi
recently
completed
her
fourth
season
at the
helm of
the
Golden
Suns
softball
program.
In her
fourth
season
at Tech,
Pambianchi
led the
Golden
Suns to
its
second
consecutive
GSC West
Division
title
and its
second
straight
runner-up
finish
at the
GSC
Tournament.
Along
the way,
Tech won
a
school-record
42 games
and
ending
the
season
winning
13 of
its
final 15
games.
In 2008,
Pambianchi
led Tech
to what
was then
a
school-record
41 wins and
school's
first-ever
GSC West
Division
title in
softball.
In
addition,
Tech
finished
as
runners-up
in its
first-ever
appearance
at the
2008 GSC
Tournament.
On the
season,
Tech
finished
with a
41-17
overall
record
and a
20-9
mark in
the GSC.
The
41-17
record
marked a
n NCAA
Division
II best
24-game
improvement
from the
2007
season
when the
Golden
Suns
finished
with a
12-35
mark.
Along
with the
team's
success
in 2008,
she
also
coached
the
program's
first-ever
GSC
Player
of the
Year and
Pitcher
of the
Year as
Dana
Aldrich
took
home
both
honors
from the
league
and the
Golden
Suns had
a
school-record
six
First-Team
All-GSC
West
Division
selections.
In her
four
years at
Tech,
Pambianchi
has
recorded
a 117-98
overall
record.

to Tech, Loeser
spent
nine
months
as an
assistant
coach at
St.
Petersburg
College
in St.
Petersburg,
Fla.

with the
Titans,
Loeser,
who also
served
as an
assistant
at SPC
during
the 2006
season,
helped
lead the
team to
a No. 6
ranking
in the
state of
Florida
and
fourth
place
finish
in the
Region 8
Tournament
in 2007.
The
Titans
finished
this
past
season
with a
45-18
overall
record
and a
17-5
mark in
the
Suncoast
Conference.
While at
SPC, he
helped
coach 17
All-Conference,
four
All-State,
five
All-Region
and one
All-American.
Helped
the
Titan
pitchers
in 2007
attain
45 wins,
11 saves
and
compile

earned
run
average,
while
also
pitching

games,

shutouts

strikeouts.
Loeser

hitters

he
helped

Suns

Aldrich

a 1.57
earned
run
average,
with 347
strikeouts,
11 saves
and 38
wins. In
addition,
helped
lead the
team to
the FJCAA
Suncoast
Conference
championship
and a
finish
the
season
with a
No. 17
national
ranking.
Prior to
working
at St.
Petersburg
College,
Loeser
spent
four
months
as an
assistant
coach at
Florida
International
University,
an NCAA
Division
I
institution
in
Miami,
Fla.
While at
FIU, he
was
responsible
for
working
with the
infielders
and
catchers,
as well
as
assisting
the head
coach
with
hitting
instruction.
He also
served
as the
team’s
recruiting
coordinator,
organized
youth
clinics
and
coordinated
and
ordered
the
team’s
equipment.

Texas.
He is

Loeser

Aldrich
joins
the
Golden
Suns
program
as a
graduate
assistant
coach
for the
2010
season
after a
standout
career
as a
pitcher
for the
Golden
Suns
(2007-08).
In her
two
seasons
at Tech,
Aldrich
left
holding
nearly
every
pitching
record
in the
school's
history.
As a
senior
in 2008,
Aldrich
led the
Golden
Suns to
the
school's
first-ever
GSC West
Division
title, a
then
school-record
41 wins
and a

game

in the

On the
season,
Aldrich
made 44
appearances
and
compiled
a 26-10

pitched.
Aldrich
also
pitched

including
the

Tech's
softball
