BASEBALL'S HOME DOUBLEHEADER SATURDAY WITH NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE HAS BEEN POSTPONED; TEAMS WILL PLAY TWO GAMES ON SUNDAY

        RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas – Arkansas Tech's home baseball doubleheader on Saturday with Northwest Missouri State has been postponed due to rainy weather in the River Valley area. The team's will play two games on Sunday beginning at 1 p.m., weather permitting, according to Tech Baseball Head Coach Billy Goss.

In addition, Goss announced that if Sunday's doubleheader is washed out due to rain, the teams will complete its weekend series with a single nine-inning game on Monday beginning at 1 p.m. at Tech Field.

The Wonder Boys, who are 6-3 on the season, opened the weekend series with a doubleheader sweep on Friday over the Bearcats. Tech collected a 6-5 win in the first game and then came back to earn a 10-0 victory in the nightcap.

Following this weekend's series, the Wonder Boys host GSC West Division rival, Arkansas-Monticello in a non-conference doubleheader on Tuesday, Feb. 19 beginning at 2 p.m.
