Why did you
ultimately choose to come to Tech?
Zach Weiss:
I took a visit here and I really liked the
campus and the facilities. The coaches also
were very straight forward and I liked that.
Outside of athletics, what is your favorite
thing about college life?
ZW: I like to just hang out with my
teammates.
What is your favorite type of music/group?
ZW: I tend to listen to country.
What do you consider your hobby?
ZW: I love to golf and watch sports in
general.
What sport other than baseball do you like
to watch or would you like to play the most?
ZW: Football or golf.
Who is one person that has had the biggest
impact on your life?
ZW: My entire family has always been behind
me in whatver I do.
What is your most memorable moment as a Tech
athlete?
ZW: Honestly, I don't have a moment. But
this whole year so far has been a great time
and hopefully it will continue that way.
What would you do on your dream vacation?
ZW: I love Hawai'i. So I would definitely go
back there and lay around on the beach and
play a lot of golf.
What is your major at Tech?
ZW: History Education.
What do you plan to do after graduation?
ZW: I would like to become a history teacher
and a baseball coach.
Do you have a pet?
ZW: Well my roommate had a basset hound and
his name is Cooper. It's basically mine.
What's the most rewarding class you have had
while being at Tech?
ZW: Bowling. It was an amazing course,
because bowling rocks. But also any course
with Dr. Krueger. He is an amazing
professor.
What are your goals for this season?
ZW: To win the conference tournament and
advance deep into the postseason. |
